Dorcas Funmi & Co collect, report and publish Organisation Diversity Data in accordance with the Rules of the SRA.
The results of our diversity data survey for 2025 are as follows:-
There were a total of 4 respondents anonymously surveyed, a response rate of 100% as in 2023
JOB ROLE :- Of those respondents 75% were Partners, and 25% were in roles supporting a fee earner
25% of respondents were owners of the business.
SUPERVISION :- 75% of those surveyed considered that they supervised or managed others.
AGE :- Respondents were in the following age bands. 25-34: 25% and 45-54: 75%.
GENDER :- 50% of respondents were female whereas 50% were male.
DISABILITY :- 0% of respondents considered that they had a disability according to the definition of the Equality Act.of which 0% considered that their day to day activities limited in any way.
ETHNIC GROUP :- 100% of respondents considered that they were Black African/British
RELIGION OR BELIEFS:- 100% of respondents were Christian.
SOCIO ECONOMIC BACKGROUND:- 75% attended school outside the UK, and undertook further/higher education in the UK. 25% attended school in the UK, and undertook further/higher education in the UK.
100% were not first generation university graduates.
CARING RESPONSIBILITIES :- 50% of respondents considered themselves a primary carer for a child or children under 18, 50% did not and 100% did not consider that they spend any hours per week looking after or giving support to others.
This year we have published details of religion or beliefs but our report excludes data on sexual orientation because of its sensitive or personal nature.
